AACDP SERVICE TOURS to ZAMBIA
Our next Zambia tours are tentatively scheduled for January 2024.

Join me on a trip to Zambia!
We will not only see the sights and the primal natural beauty of Africa,
but also have the deeply rewarding experience of helping people in need, making lifelong
relationships, and leaving the place you visited better because you were there.
Your life will never be the same!
Zambia Service Tour
Perhaps the most personal contribution one can make to the AACDP is to join a Zambian Service Tour. Participants have a meaningful, off-the-beaten-path experience in Africa, plus an opportunity use their skills and resources to help the AACDP community.
Do you have skills or experience that you would like to offer? It can be:
Basic computer skills training (email, word docs)
Photography
Sewing
Doll clothing design
Doll jewelry design
Cooking
Yoga
Carpentry or
Assisting with art projects
or anything else you think could benefit our community.
We will tailor your skills to the needs of the children and staff at the Mama Bakhita Cheshire Home for disabled children in Livingstone, Zambia.
Service tours include:
Assistance with flight planning
Airport pickup in Livingstone
All transportation after arrival
Meals (provided by the Mama Bakhita Cheshire Home)
Assistance with implementing your program (or integrating you in our programs)
Meeting the villagers of Jack Mwanapapa
Visiting families associated with the AACDP
Sightseeing:
Victoria Falls
Mukuni Village
Game reserve
Almost anyone can benefit from and be a benefit to a service tour. If your heart says "Let's do this!", you will find a way to be useful. Your life will never be the same again!
All profits from tours go to the AACDP's projects in Zambia. Along with craft sales and contributions, these tours have been an important source of support for educational sponsorships, economic initiatives and children with disabilities.
